enforcement of Judgment of Divorce

My judgement of divorce states that my former husband is required to pay all mortgages, liens, encumburances,etc. he has not paid the mortgage and my credit is getting ruined. i can not refinance my home because of the severely deliquent mortgage (this is a second mortgage for which i was a joint applicant).

You need to take your ex husband back to court on a motion to compel. In what county is your case?
