What am I entiteld to in a seperation
I have recently seperated from my boyfriend of ten years, in both of our names is a truck that is paid off and a home that both our names are on the title and the mortgage, I moved out of the house and into and apartment and have not recevied any child support and/or payments of anytype I am just wondering if i am intitled to anything, I have a full time job and provoded all medical insurance for my child the entire time

You own the property with him equally. He has to pay child support. William S. Stern

Of course you are entitled to something. You are in general entitled to property in your name and/or one-half of any property in your name or both of your names, and you should be receiving child support if he is the father of your child.
I strongly suggest you retain an attorney immediately to protect your interests in your joint property. An attorney can also commence proceedings so you can collect child support.
