Ex-Husband's Retirement Funds
I was married for 15 years to the same man. I never re-married. What are my rights(if any) to 1/2 of his retirement funds. I live in Michigan

Your rights to his pension should be spelled out in your Judgment of Divorce. If not, contact your divorce lawyer.
