Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

ex-husbands roomate.

My ex-husband now has another person living him. But this time its different..its a man in his 20''s. I am concerned about my 11 year old daughter being around him, especially alone. What can I do to to protect her? Can I ask our judge to have no more overnight visits? What are my chances of winning?

It depends on this situation. I would need to know more about the man living with your husband and whether he poses a threat to the children which is what the court would be concerned with in this situation.
