Fathers rights

My son's mother will not let me see my son unless im having a sexual relationship with her. I want to see my son but i dont have the money for a lawyer can u please tell me how i can get visition of my son with out it costing me money thank you . I am willing to pay a little money or payments .

Other than finding someone to represent you pro bono, or a legal aid organization, I do not see how you can do this for free. Even if you were to represent yourself, it costs money to sue the mother in court.

With that said, you definitely should be able to get visitation ordered, but you should call around to some legal aid services to see if they are willing to help you.
