Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I found my husband cheating and confronted him-now he wants a divorce-I do not. I have been paying the utilities-internet-and car insurance. He has not paid the house or truck payment. I want to know if he doesn't pay these especially the house how long do I have before I need to get a place to live.

Either party can sue for a divorce. If that happens you can cohabititate in the house or 1 side can ask for exclusive use of house within a few weeks of filing for divorce. With him having cheated, and he is absolutely going to file for divorce, time is critical in acting.
