Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

My girlfriend and i are 16 and just had a son, and her parents arent allowing me to see him because of past drug use, that i never got caught/charges for, and havent used drugs for awhile, can they use that against me in court so i dont get rights to see my son? im not trying to get custody im just trying to get visitations and rights so her parents cant keep him from me. And SHE wants me to see my son, but her parents dont. Can they have a say even though she says yes to me seeing him? and they also threatened that they were going to try for stachatory rape charges, but when we had sex we were both 15 yrs old and it was consenual.... can i be charged with that too? and since shes a mother and shes 16 can she move out/run away without getting in trouble by the law?

A 15 year old cannot consent to sexual intercourse. If you are successfully prosecuted for this you will face a prison sentence, and be required to register as a sex offender.

Treat this very seriously. Was the sexual conduct in Livingston county. I have litigated with them several times.

I suggest that you NOT post any more questions on the internet, and instead talk directly to a lawyer. Feel free to call me.
