how do i get my girls out of michigan?
My children live with their mother and i believe she is using crack, kids miss months of school,hair is infested with lice,six year old sexually molested...etc.

I'm not licensed in Michigan, so you need to speak with a Michigan attorney to be sure, but I suspect you need to file a petition there, either in Juvenile Court if you two were never married, or in their version of Circuit Court if she has the children under a divorce decree.But you really need to get an attorney in Michigan if you hope to have much of a chance.
