Grandparent visitations

My husband and I are married, and due to religious reasons do not want his parents to see our children. Since we are married and agree on the subject, is there any way they can legally sue for grandparent visits against our wishes?

Under current Michigan law, they would not likely be sucessful with a grandparent rights suit.

Probably not, but how sad for the children that they do not get to know their paternal grandparents (unless they are abusive or untrustworthy). It is ideal when religion unites rather than separates.
