Guardianship

How do I go about obtaining guardianship of my neice if my sister-in-law is unable to take care of my neice?

Pick up a petition to have yourself appointed guardian in the local county probate court. Many of the petitions are available on line. Your sister will have to consent at a hearing held before the probate court judge. You'll have to explain your reasons. William S. Stern
