Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Hello,

I was divorced in the mid year of 2008. I filled 2008 Income taxes individually, NOT jointly with my ex spouse. I received some refund for that year. Is my ex spouse entitled to portion of it or not.

You need to check the divorce judgment regarding the division of your 2008 tax return. If you are still unclear then you should call the attorney who handled your divorce.
