Ex Husband is moving out of the Country

We have joint physical and legal custody. If he moves out of the Country will he get her 1/2 of the year? What are my custodial rights if he just decides to take off? He can't legally take off with her, can he??

Your rights are set forth in your judgment of divorce. How old is your daughter?

There should be language in it precluding either parent from moving the children out of state without a court order. He cannot just take off with your daughter. But sometimes ex husbands do not follow the rules.
