Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

My husband was tricked into getting his ex pregnant. She bought a fake pregnancy test and showed it to him. He tried to make things work but after the child was born she is asking for child support and all. He didn't willingly have unprotected sex with her until after he saw the fake test. Is there anything we can do?

No. Regardless of a fake test, once a child is born, the natural parent is liable for that life and the child is due support from the non-custodial parent.
