Ins. On wife and step daughter seperated...... Divorce

Hi Im--name

I have been married for 10 years or so. My step daughter has wanted my wife and i to split up since she found out I wasent her real father. She has tryed a number of things to get us to divorce or split up. Well she finaly did. She had made acuasations that I had did something sexualy to her when she was younger There was an evestagation, and It was found there was no evidense.( she lied )My wife knows this is not true also.Anyhow be for the investagation was over My wife had left and got an apartment with her and left our daughter for me to care for. This is ok with me as I love my family.This hole ordeal has desroyed my wife and I till there is no turning back. as it has been 7 months now. She has been with other men And many other things to much to mention on here ect.... But we are still married.

.My Qwestion is, am I responsible for my wifes and step daughters inserance now being seperated , and the stepdaughter never adopted by me? (Buy the way her real father is dead.)

What do I need to do to start a divorce?

Will I be able to keep my daughter?she is here because she refused to go because she knows the step is a real trouble maker

Please help!!!!!!

As long as you remain married you may be responsible for your wife's expenses. As to your step daughter, it may depend on how the stepdaughter was treated during your marriage.
