Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Being investigated by CPS with no funds for a lawyer

I am being investigated by cps. I only know its for sexual assult but no one has told me exactly what they are investigating. I have no money for a lawyer and legal aid is unwilling to help me until the conclusion of the investigation. I am not sure at this point what to do.

You are not qualified to fight CPS on your own. You are not qualified to fight a sexual assault case on your own. Borrow some money, get a second or third job, get some help from friends or family but find a way to hire an attorney that is VERY experienced in CPS and in sexual assault cases. Good attorneys are expensive and are well worth the money. You can read more at:
