Joint custody
If I have joint custody of my daughter, and the court order states that she was to be returned to me four years ago, and I go to Minnesota and take her from her father's home, can I be charged with kidnapping? Court case is in Michigan.

There is obviously MUCH more to your story. Don't do anything without meeting with an experienced family law attorney.
