Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

How do I get the judge to believe me?

Our order of afiliation became final June 20, 2008. Our son is 9 mo. His mother is very manipulative and lies. She got a PPO against me (can't go to her home or assault her) and she lies all the time. Recently she told me she canceled our sons drs check up so we both could go with his new insurance. Well found out today she didn't cancel it all together she just postponed it. I have bent over backwards for this person. She continues to lie about everything. Can I use taped recorded conversations as evidence or should I always have a witness? We exchange our son at the police station. I am at witsend. Please help!

Re: How do I get the judge to believe me?

It is difficult to get a judge to believe you. The more witnesses you have the stronger your case is. It would be a good idea to consult a family law attorney about this.
