liability for parents of 18 yr old no longer living in house

I am looking to find out what I need to do to declare my 18 yr old no longer a dependent of mine. She no longer lives with us and I am concerned with liability issue if she should commit any kind of crime and or drink/drive and hurt someone. She has recent dui on record/no longer lives with us /is not covered as an insured driver on any of our cars. What if any legal steps should be taken to insure we are not liable for her actions.

you are not responsible for her. She's 18.
