Moving out of state
What are my legal rights to move out of state with my 3 1/2 year old. My fiance is in the airforce and lives in Fl.Would it help if we were married?How can I be restricted for so long , to have to stay in michigan. Her father and I were never married, just share 50.50 custody.

You definately have the right to hire an experienced family law attorney to ask the court for permission to relocate.
