Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Pack Rat

I am not in a good marriage but can't leave right now until my finances are better. My husband is a pack rat and has the house filled to the brim. He is ruining my life and especially the life of my 12 yr old son who never has had friends over because of this mess. Is there legal steps to take to get him to clean it up? He won't do anything. My son and I keep our own rooms clean, and also the bathroom and kitchen but all the other rooms are full and we can't live normally. Please oh god, tell me there's something I can do legally. He won't get psychological help. My son and I are so depressed and frustrated over it. There are pathways in the house.
