Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Parenting time provisions

My husband and I went to FOC for conciliation a few weeks ago, and have yet to receive the offical temporary order.

My husband was unsure if he wanted to take our infant son to a family gathering, and waited until 4:30 the day before, when I told him that I needed to know by noon to make sitter arrangements. I had to call and have my parents who were going to watch him and made plans with the baby, cancel their plans for the next day. My husband then told me that I needed to send the car seat, formula, cereal, and diapers, as well as spoons and bowls and bottles. I thought that the FOC told us that I did not have to provide such things, that he needed to have these things in place before he could take him.

Am I correct on this??? I can not see, were I should have to pay for him to have formula, diapers, etc., on his parenting time.

Thank you for any advice that you can offer.

Re: Parenting time provisions

Did you present a written order for the referee's signature? Any and all the provisions stated at that proceding should be in the order. If too much time has gone by, the FOC will have you file a Certificate of Conformity (a statement that the order conforms to the provisions ordered by the FOC) and present both to the judge in your case for a signature. If your spouse does not comply, you may motion up a "show cause" hearing at the FOC.
