Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Well, I had a question earliar, but that was a bad question. Here's a new one:

I live with my Aunt and Uncle. My Dad is still in the picture, but he has had his parental rights terminated by law. Is it possible for me to leave to go live w/ my friend and his parents? I think I need my parents consent, but would my friend be able to adopt me?
