Reinstating Maternal Rights

After my divorce I had custody of my two children. A few years later, however, I lost my parental rights when my ex filed a petition to adopt with his new wife. I was unable to attend the court hearing (as I was in Tennesse and court was in Michigan). Several years has past and I'd like some sort of parental rights (see pictures of them, etc). Is there anything I can do?

There are too many gaps in the facts to give a fully informed answer. It would appear from the facts, however, that you will need a Michigan lawyer, if that is where the judgment removing the children from your care occurred
