Retirement
My wife and i were married for 38 years,she wanted a seperation,she got one. Through the state of micigan imust give her 50%of my pension,she has this now every month.I also get early retirement income to, now they want 50% of that income,do i have any rights to keep this income?When we agreed in court that she would get 50% of my pension and benifits. Thank you

Your attorney would be in the best position to understand all the facts of your case and to interpret the court's orders. It is not possible for anyone to get you an accurate guess about these things.
