Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Revocation of parental rights:

My ex girlfriend just had a child yesterday. She wants me to sign the AOP before she allows me to see the child, otherwise she said she wouldn't allow me to see him until it was settled in court and I needed to pay child support; however, I have a slight suspicion the child may not be mine. If I sign the AOP and we didn't work out together and she wanted to make me pay child support, could i revoke my AOP with evidence from a DNA test proving I am not the father before she tries to claim child support?

Do not sign the AOP. You should IMMEDIATELY hire an experienced family law attorney to file a paternity case and request DNA testing.
