Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

seperated but never married

I have been living with my ex-boyfriend for 19 years. We have 2 sons together but one is still a minor. His father will not allow him to come to my house nor will he give me anything that we have accumulated together over the years. I don't even have a vehicle because everything is in his name and he won't give me anything. I worked over the years also and think I deserve at least a car. He has several vehicles, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, quads, and a house full of everything and will not let me have anything. Is there anything I can do to get my car back and get my son from him at least half time?
