Statute of Limitations?

Is there a statute of limitations on the time limit to collect a debt from someone in Small Claims/District Court in Michigan? Can the debt be for child support/medical expenses from years ago?

The forum for child support and divorce related collections is ONLY in the court that issued the order. Which, in Michigan, is Circuit Court.
