Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I'm a stepmom raising two stepsons with husband; we are in the middle of a custody issue (mother was denied once before in 2008; we have had the children since 2003). My name is all over paperwork (the referee made) and was falsely accused on a statement that their biological mother had herself ststed, I did not. My biggest concern, is that third parties are not allowed in our courtroom, but what are my legal rights?

You have no standing before the court to raise any issues. The father and the mother are the ones with legal standing. Your relationship with the children rides on the father being successful.
