Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Title of Document

The Court told me the form I needed was the Legal Format at top then at the bottom it said Title of Document but they could not explain to me how to fill it out.

I am trying to do this without a lawyer.

My ex- has not done nothing he was court order. I was to get 10,000 on the home. He was to remove my name off a Trailer we own he has done nothing.

How do I know I will receive the correct form and know how to fill it out?

Re: Title of Document

Trying to navigate through court proceedings without a lawyer is like trying to get through surgery without a doctor. It's ridiculous and dangerous. I suggest that you meet with a family law attorney right away.

Re: Title of Document

Let' see if I understand this. You have a court order as to what your ex is supposed to do but he is not doing it. You received a court decision but do not have the knowledge whether you are submitting the proper order and do not know how to fill out a form. You are getting $10,000 out of the property. You do not want to pay a lawyer. It would seem that if anyone needed a lawyer it is you. Furthermore, you have the means to pay for it but chose not to do so. When you don't know how to fix your car most people would get a mechanic. Most people would get a plumber if they had a leak they could not fix. Why is it somehow different when it comes to lawyers?
