Ex will not pay back bills
My Divorce was final in 10/07. Ex was supposed to pay half of repoed Car and Ulities. My wages are garnished for the Car. I was cosigner. I 'm paying the Electric and Gas bill, monthly and back amount for when he lived in the home too. He has not paid me anything for any of the bills. Help, what can I do to get the Money he owes me. ?

Your contract with your ex and the Car company are totally separate. You have to file a motion with the court to "show cause" him for failing to follow the court order. I am assuming that the loan was never assumed by him directly through the car loan company and utility company. Therefore, you are responsible to pay your car payment and utility payment to avoid it effecting your credit. Bankruptcy may be an option for you too. Call me for help 5862851700.
