Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

Email photos

I emailed my girlfriend a picture of me. This picture also included my ex girlfriends sister and her 6 year old daughter. Everyone was fully dressed. My ex girlfriend says that her sister is upset and that sending a picture thru email requires her consent and that I broke the law. Did I break any laws?

Thanks for your help.

Curt

Re: Email photos

Your ex-girlfriend is mixed up. If the pictures were sent to make money, then she'd be entitled to some of the action and may have the right to veto its use. However, sending a regular picture that is not in any way offensive does not require premission. William S. Stern
