Can I sent general discovery question to a lawyer of the plaintiff.

Can I sent general discovery question to a former lawyer of the plaintiff

like wolud you every witiness asigning if someone was folding down the papers and covering the documents that were to be signed? My father claims this in a llaw suit against me. It nevewr happened but my only wittness is his lawyer? now what?

You would probably have a problem with attorney client privilege. Try looking the lawsuit up at the court it was filed in. That would be a public record. Or, try running your credit report.
