Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

Loan repayment

I had loaned a friend a large amount of money with the understanding it was to be paid back (also put in writing) - this person paid some back and then moved with no forwarding address/phone number/etc. Would this be worth sueing and would the lawyer assist in locating this person?

Re: Loan repayment

Yes, it is probably worth suing the person for the money. You should do this rather promptly. I may be able to help you locate this person if you have enough identifying information about him or her.

Please call me if you wish to discuss.

The better the service, the better it is for you in the long run. In other words, using what information you have, get a skip tracing service to locate the guy, then sue. It's worth it. William S. Stern
