Marine liability
The marina that we lease a slip from has maintained a marked channel into the marina. The channel is noted on offical marine/coast guard charts. Now that the water level has dropped, there are 2 hazards inside the marked channel. The marina acknowledges they are aware of them and will ''try'' to remove or mark them. If they do not remove or mark them, and we hit and damage our boats, the marina is stating they have no liability. Do you agree?
