Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

I have a pending settlement agreement with Paypal and want clarification on it. Paypal froze my account without reason and refused to release the funds (standard practice from what I found online). I sued in small claims and they initiated settlement with me. They agreed to release the funds provided I dismiss the suit with Prejudice and other standard settlement agreement terms. My concern is this: If I dismiss it with prejudice does this bar me from bringing another lawsuit against them if they freeze the account AGAIN?

With prejudice only refers to claims arising from the SAME circumstances of your current claim. A future problem does not arise from the same circumstances, when the date of the event is different.
