my son a parolee

my son was sent to prison for a abusive action against his son, the courts and procutors dismissed the charge but his parole agent charged him any way he got 1 year in that year he had visits from wife, son, & daughter 2 weeks before he was paroled his agent requested a no contact order for him aginst his wife, son & daughter. He wrote a greivance against the agent & mdoc in our state, he feels his constuional rights were taken 1st & 14 amendments and is there a double jeperdy in this case how can the courts dismiss the charges and the parole agent charge him with this is there a law suit against mdoc & his agent if so where does he get the legal help he has no money but if someone wants take the case he is willing to have them take a big percentage for handleing it can he get any help now where to turn please help us some how , thanks so much conserned parent my son just wants a fair sheke and fresh start this agent told his wife if hears 1 time my son being around he or the kids he'll go back for a long time{5 yrs} and where we live is 1 block from his family i feel his agent is setting him up to go back cause that is tourchturre for him .

1. What was the original conviction from which he was parolled?

2. Do his wife and children want to have contact with him?
