Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

Wrong way on a one way

A friend of mine recently got a traffick violation for going the wrong way on a one way and has asked me how to plead (why I don't know). However she says that there were extenuating circumstances: She was in an unfamiliar town. She was designated driver. She was getting directions from inebriated people. How should she plead?

Re: Wrong way on a one way

If she has an attorney, the attorney can talk to the prosecutor or city attorney and negotiate a deal possibly as long as she otherwise has a good driving record. She can also try it herself.
