Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan

I am British and came to the US as the wife of an American citizen. It looks as though the marriage is going to fail and we have still not filed for my green card. Is there any point filing now to give me more time. My question is do I have any options at all to enable me to stay over here, through work, education or anything else.

If there was abuse you may be eligible to file for VAWA relief as the spouse of a U.S. Citizen that was abusive. This process allows you to file for a green card as a self-petitioner. Please feel free to contact me to discuss your options.
