Marriage to non US citizen
I have a boyfriend non-US citizen I'd like to marry him. I Just got divorced. Is there any rule/law how soon can we get married?

As long as you are divorced, you may marry him and apply for his permanent residence.
However, you'll want to make sure he qualifies to apply for an adjustment of status.
