Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan
Presently I�m on F1 visa post OPT period from May�16 to April�17. Due to 2B- in the last semester, I�ve to repeat the subject in the following term.
My question is I want to work 40 hours still while completing my last subject (Sept-Dec�16). Will there be any problem when I apply for STEM extension in or H1 B visa?
