Help me please.

I came to U.S.A legally as visitor in 2004. I just got married with USC. I want to ask you if I have a chance If I adjust my status to be permanent resident.

Yes, you have a chance to adjust your status to lawful permanent resident via your marriage to a U.S. citizen. Get a good attorney and you should have no problems unless you have serious criminal convictions. Good luck!

As long as you have no immigration violations other than the over stay of the visa and no criminal record, you should be able to get your green card based on your true marriage to the US citizen. Contact us if you have any more questions.

If you entered the US with a valid visa and the marriage is bona fide then you can file papers with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Citizenship and Immigration Service, to receive the green card.
