3 years ago my husband was involve in a car accident, i was with him at the time of the accident, i been going tru a little medical problem its call thoracic outlet syndrome,the accident was my husband fault,can we file anything against any of the ins after 3yrs,since i wasjust diagnose,and its relate to vehicle accidents
