Legal Question in Insurance Law in Michigan

I was involved in an auto accident in 1990. As a result of the accident I had to have back surgery... My auto insurance has to pay for my medical bills for life for anything pertaining to my back. Just over 7 years after my first surgery I needed a fusion. Due to some complications of that surgery I got spinal meningitis. By some miracle I survived. As a result of that I have had migraines ever since. So now my auto has to pay for anything related to my migraines and back. Now, mind you I have other insurance, so they are only paying what my primary does not and copayment to my meds. I am having a difficult time getting them to pay what they are suppose to, and they don't return my calls. The last phone call that I received was July 9th stating he was going to have the bills I sent to him paid. He followed up his phone call with an email stating te same. Today is August 15th and still nothing. What can I do to have them take care of what they need to?

Very simple. Insurance companies hate paying claims, especially from a 23 year old accident. Of course, that's their duty and they fail it constantly. You will need an auto attorney to sue them to make sure your rights are protected. After a year, a benefit is uncollectible and they know it. Contact me to discuss further. Regards, Tim Klisz
