Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Michigan

privacy law

I am writing an autobiographical business book about my career and the people who have influenced it and to whom I've been associated with. Can I be specific about names and events? I have a photographic memory and have many notes from my business years to draw from.

Just remember that you can be sued by anyone displeased with what you write. You should have your manuscript vetted by an experienced attorney, your publisher will probably insist on this unless you self-publish.
