Legal Question in International Law in Michigan

laws on using dead famous killers

I'm doing a Fictional comic book about:

Jack the Ripper

Elizabeth Bathory

Gilles de Rais

Atilla the Hun

Rasputin

Vlad the Impaler

Basically just using the names and what they have done.

So would I be able to use them without getting in trouble?
