Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan

is there a law in Michigan that if I give a 30 day notice when I resign, if the employere chooses to release me immediatley are they required to pay in lieu of notice?

No, that is not a law. If you quit you don't get paid, same as getting fired. You just get unemployment quicker.
