Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan

how do I get the "do not rehire" off of my personell record when I worked for a hospital. I believe they are stating to other companies I interview with that I have "falsified documentation", this happened to be at the same time the hospital was firing many employees, including the Administrator, Education Director, and various cliniclal managers and other employees. They made this up because I have never falsified documents. It's affecting my future job prospects.

It's very unlikely that your former employer is reporting anything other than your dates of service and your salary to prospective employers.

You can make a request in writing to see everything in your personnel file.
