apartment contracts

I am17 years old, i was living in an apartment with a19 year old female. She asked me to move out after I already payed this months rent. So i did move out. Now her mother, who co-signed is telling me that she is going to take me to small claims court if I do not continue to pay rent even though I do not live there.What can happen to me?

Nothing. Even if you had agreed or signed something saying you would pay rent, you are under 18, and therefore legally unable to enter into a contract. So anything you signed is invalid. Don't worry about it. And stay away from crazy chicks.
