Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan

I want to evict my 23 year old son from the home my wife and I share. The home is in my wife's name. My wife is currently living out of state as I am living in the home taking care of the two younger children under 18. How do I evict the son? (the wife does not agree with the eviction, and refuses to abide by any house rules)
