Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan

Me and my fiance are staying at my mothers house we have a notarized agreement that is 3 months june to september this year. We are requiered to sleep in a tent because there's no empty room this is stated in the agreement. It also states that we are to be outside by midnight no laundry or cooking after 10 and I am responsible for lawn up keep and minor household repairs. Now me and my fiance have not violated this in any way but my mother constantly is yelling and cussing and making threats to have us put on the streets and that we are worthlesss pieces of blank also calling her a fat lazy b to get a job by the way she gos to school 4 days a week for nurses assistant. I am also cursed and called the nastiest names you can imagine I am so stressed that I feel like I can't work or do anything its not just her but the grandma as well who is 10x worse. I am 25 my fiance is 21. Do I have grounds to sue and how do I go about doing it?

No, you have the right to leave and get an apartment. Why put up with that abuse? You dont even have a bed or home! There is no legal case here, just a rotten sounding family. Tim Klisz. Kliszlaw.com
